Billing/Processing is needed if you want to run a paysite or your own service, like designing
banners, sites, making submission, or what ever!
The people have to pay you. The most usuall processing styles are the credit card billings, dialers or paypal.
Sure, you can let them pay per wire or cheque - but CC is better you know.
